TA-2.0 of TOC Analyzer

TA-2.0 of TOC Analyzer
TA-2.0 of TOC Analyzer
Description :
The Medlntegrity Automatic TA-2.O analyzer measures the amount of total carbon, inorganic carbon (IC) and total organic carbon (TOC) in water. The model TA-2.0 TOC Analyzer measures TOC using the UV oxidation method and this technique measures TOC based on the measurement of UV absorption in thesample. The MedIntegrity Automatic TA-2.0 model provide excellent TOC measurement accuracy and repeatability to ensure compliance with water quality standards.

TA-2.0 of TOC Analyzer Details

What is Total Organic Carbon (TOC)?
Total organic carbon is a measure of the amount of organic compounds contained in a watersample. Organic carbon-containing compounds can either be dissolved in water or exist in water as undissolved, suspended material, or liquid. This organic matter can enter water naturally and through man-made sources/processes. Examples of organic matter are plant or animal based, or synthetic substances containing carbon and other elements defining organic compounds. Inorganic matter is mineral carbon-containing compounds.

Why Measure TOC?
While organic matter isn’t necessarily toxic, high concentrations in water can significantly impact ecosystems and damage equipment when left unchecked and untreated. Avoid Environmental Consequences Organics can be toxic to the environment in rivers or streams, even if the compounds themselves are not directly toxic. By depleting oxygen levels in water, organic waste can lead to fish suffocation and can affect water ecosystems in many other ways.

Medlntegrity TA-2.0 Ensure Compliance with Regulations
The Medintegrity Automatic TA-2.0 analyzer perform significantly better when low-level detection is needed. The reaction occurs at a much lower temperature than combustion (95-100 °C, compared to >680 °C in combustion), so a larger volume of sample can be injected intothe system without concern for rapid expansion. While in UV oxidation method, UV light is the heat source. As a result, turbid samples may reduce the intensity of the UV light that reaches the sample matrix, which would therefore reduce the oxidative capacity of the system.

TA-2.0 of TOC Analyzer Benefits

In the pharmaceutical industry TOC systems are used in aregulated laboratory environment and therefore these systems aresubject to various regulations that particularly apply to instrument software.
The Medlntegrity Automatic TA-2.0 analyzer software running andprovides full support for complying with the regulations, while still remaining extremely user-friendly. The software use is enabled via user access rights. It offers user accounts on four different levels, each protected through own passwords. The administrator can individually change access rightsfor each user. The software allows changing of login during ongoing operation. This is especially important for laboratories working under multiple shift operation.
